Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking or defective, please email us at orders@wildpitmasters.shop within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing orders@wildpitmasters.shop with your order number. After 2 hours, orders may already be in preparation or dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

We ship across India. All orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking number.

Carriers

We use Shiprocket-partnered carriers including Delhivery, Bluedart and Ecom Express depending on your location. The carrier is selected automatically to ensure the fastest delivery to your pincode.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the carrier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the package is returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and email orders@wildpitmasters.shop within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
